and after!it wasn't too bad only that the insides were really liquidy so they all burst out,,,as you can see...
then we had pau making with char siew stuff inside
mmm chaaaaaaaar siew....bought...pork fillet and marinated it with garlic,ginger,sesame oil, char siew and hoi sin sauce, cherry sauce and lastly some shao xing wine yum yum!
diced it and fried with some onions and thickened with cornflour

then later on that night we went to the international dance party hosted by OUSA(Otago Uni Student Association) and it was pretty fun! yea tim was dj-ing and it was awesome! and i saw charlotte and the rest there shakin' it! like shakira! haha wanted to take piz but then my camera cacat and the lighting was...heck there was no lighting...haha but it was fun!hmm what else...i baked ciabatta the other day was not too bad...i was relaly careful with everything and then in the end i set the oven a bit too hot so the bread got a bit on the brown side...sigh....all the effort for noting...but it was pretty good! hee hee no need to knead....unlike the damn pau,...the next day can use the pau to kill people..i think coz i forgot the shortening....whoops..my bad...haha
well i guess thats all...i cant really think of anything to say...or i'll bore all of you...i shall go back to watching my drama! "my little chef" she cooks french and its all sooo lovely!!! T__T wana cook like htat....haha okies! i'm off luvs! see yah in a weeks time!
ps going to wellington and christchurch to play sooooooooong soooooong and hten when i get back its time to hit the books and study for the mid year exams already...yup! i too have to be NEEEEEEERDY!
