its a japanese souffle cheesecake! was quite nice but as you can see it sunk in a lil...was supposed to be really tall but i guess its coz i used a different sized pan (and shape) it became like that. oh well...extra tid bits from the bakery i was talking about!

they only open once a week and they make TONNES of money! coz they actually SELL out by midday and the open at 8! OMG no wonder they can afford to open only once a day...not only that! the chef has 3 stars!!! and thats like...gordon ramsay good! they have a whole bunch of other stuff like pies and all =) all the stuff is hand made/home made and SUPER YUMMY!!!
