yes when reality kicks in....i only have 17 more days till my EXAMS! and what have i been doing the whole day?
the process...
the mixing...
the baking...the testing...the eating!
its a japanese souffle cheesecake! was quite nice but as you can see it sunk in a lil...was supposed to be really tall but i guess its coz i used a different sized pan (and shape) it became like that. oh well...

they only open once a week and they make TONNES of money! coz they actually SELL out by midday and the open at 8! OMG no wonder they can afford to open only once a day...not only that! the chef has 3 stars!!! and thats like...gordon ramsay good! they have a whole bunch of other stuff like pies and all =) all the stuff is hand made/home made and SUPER YUMMY!!!

aaaaaaah~~~ finally!!! i night where i can be lazy and do manga uploads and vegetate in front of my lovely computer! haha yes im actually really lazy when i want to be! hee hee. this week has been crazy for me! im so glad that its THURSDAY!!!! so that means taht i shall be baking tomoro....what am i up to again? watch out for tomoro la and you shall see unless it fails and im too embarassed to put it up then tough luck!you got the cake but you aint got the cigar! hee hee thats what my physics teacher aaaalways says! im going to the bakery tomoro! its the most amazing bakery ever!!! shud go there! hmm nothing else much...talked to mum just now!missing home! wana go back for chinese new year! but i have course confirmation and exams on the same time!! aah~~~ so much stuff to do and being february means that exam is in 2 weeks!!
